CABLE ROUTING
HARDWARE & ACCESSORIES
We
supply various types of cable hardware including cable ties,
cable clips and clamps,
wire clips, beaded ties, tie holders and grommets as well as
a host of other wire and cable routing hardware. Cable clips
and accessories are available in nylon 6/6, stainless steel,
flame retardant and high temperature materials.

CLIPS
Clips can be obtained from
a host of manufacturers. Component clips are available in horizontal,
vertical and spring clip variations as well as fuse clips. We
can provide fuse clips that are tab mounted in various materials
such as beryllium copper, stainless steel and spring steel. |

CONNECTORS
AND SOCKETS AND TEST POINTS
The
Fastener Group supplies printed circuit interconnection devices
such as card edge connectors, printed circuit test points, tape
and reel test points, perform jumpers and hardware and custom
wire form manufacturing. All components meet RoHS requirements.

HANDLES,
FERRULES AND KNOBS
Handles and
knobs are available in a variety of shapes, materials and finishes.
Handles can be produced in round, rectangular and oval profiles.
Typical materials for handles are aluminum, brass, steel and
stainless steel. Threads can be internal or external and the
variety of finishes is extensive. Knobs can be provided and
are typically plastic or aluminum. Other types of knobs are,
instrument, military push-on and custom made knobs. |

HEAT SINKS
AND PADS
Our PCB Packaging and
Assembly Hardware contain card guides, board inserters and extractors,
component mounts and spacers . Products are available for all
forms of PCB thermal management include thermal insulators,
gasketing, electrically conductive and nonconductive, gap filling
components supplied as tubes, sleeves or covers.

JACKS, PLUGS
AND BINDING POSTS
Insulated and
non-insulated jacks in swage mount, press mount, right angle
among others are available. Banana plug components are also
available in both insulated and non-insulated types. Insulated
tip plugs and phone jacks and plugs can also be provided. Our
suppliers have binding posts in dual, high voltage as well as
insulated and non -insulated variety. |

SOLDERLESS
TERMINALS
Solderless terminals can be provided
in both insulated and non-insulated, vinyl or nylon and butted
or brazed. Terminals may be male or female and are also available
in a quick slide format. They may be available in bulk or on
tape and reel. |
SOLDER AND
TEFLON TERMINALS
Solder lugs
and precision stampings are available in a variety of shapes
with various wire hole sizes both in plain and locking formats.
Platings that meet RoHS requirements are provided. |

SPACERS
& STANDOFFS
PC board and
production spacers are available in round, hex and swage formats
in a wide variety of both diameter and lengths. Standoffs are
available in female/female, male/female, and swage type. Hex,
round and square shapes can be provided from stock. Both spacers
and standoffs are available in aluminum, brass, stainless steel,
and nylon with a wide assortment of platings. These parts meet
RoHS requirements except where the requested plating is not approved.
